Problem Overview
I interned on the trading team this summer, focusing on trade transactions updates for Q3. I designed the transaction detail screen to accommodate different trade activities (more than 20 types) and worked with 10 teams to establish a systematic design
Outcome
The details screen is scheduled to be shipped by the end of Q3 across all trading platforms available to millions of users worldwide. It aims to reduce customer experience (CX) tickets and facilitate trade activities
